The Bissell Crosswave 3 in 1 makes cleaning my tiled floors so much quicker and easier. I used to have to vacuum and then use a steam mop, but, this does it all and saves me so much time. It does take a bit of extra time to clean afterwards, but, still faster and easier than having to use two different tools. Overpriced, over rated under performing rubbish which discharges in a very short time leaving you unable to clean a reasonable area, and this has made James Dyson a very rich and greedy capitalist by producing an overly expensive and under performing product whose life time is 3 to 4 years. Shame on you Mr greedy dyson for ripping off the public just to fatten your pockets whilst taking your jobs outside of the UK. I love this vacuum. It works well on carpets, carpet tiles and hard floors. I only use the tool with the spinning head which works great on dog hair from a long coated collie and my long hair. I find it very easy to use. I have no use for the second head. All the usual small tools are included making it easy to reach into difficult places, catch cobwebs and clean soft furnishings.
