Pros

Easy to use from the box, batteries ready charged.

Swivel head great for accessing tight corners, light a handy addition.

Cons

However disappointed with suction power especially when using hose attachment even when boost selected. 

Dirt chamber fills very quickly and holes soon get clogged with hairs and dust requiring more frequent emptying. 

Quite noisy considering its lack of power. Feels top heaving on the arm after prolonged use. Two battery's great idea so always one in reserve. Quite concerned the brush slows or stops rotation when machine pulled backwards on both hard floors and carpet. I think a more multi function brush would be better or to supply the optional ones advertised as extras as standard. 6 year warranty great as I feel the build quality is not as good as other Vax products and may be needed in the future. Time will tell.
