Not The Best On The Market By A Long Way

Bought the TP71 in Feb having read various reviews. All glowing ! From first use was not impressed having last used a dyson, first onto tiled floor one settling too low stuck to floor next setting not touching floor. No cleaning. Then onto short pile carpet different settings similar problem. Then onto longer pile beater bar too low or not low enough to lift pile. When tried stairs hose plenty long enough but tools felt like made of second rate materials when brush kept sliding off end of attachment.

When using tools and hose the machine falls over once you get further than an arms length away, it didn't follow on wheels.

So overall not the best by a long chalk, have gone back to dyson.

Do Not Buy This Hoover Worst Hoover I Have Ever Used.

I hate this hoover and wish it would break so I could return it. it is so badly designed the cord is at the bottom in the middle so you are either treading on it or running over it. Each time you want to use an accessory you have switch the hoover off and change the hose which is very awkward. There isn't anywhere to store the attachment hose while using it as it keeps falling off and the hoover itself continually falls over if you do use the hose. I have written to hoover customer service twice and have not had any response. If I could have tried this hoover before purchasing I would never have bought it.

Rubbish Don't Buy

light and cheap plastic, when you add the long hose for stairs/edges vacuum immediately falls over. Worst vacuum I have ever owned, extremely difficult to push. The switch is foot operated and can take up to half a dozen presses before it stays switched on.

Don't waste your money buying this appliance I am really disappointed in Hoover, I have owned Dyson for years but thought I would have a change, wish I had stuck to Dyson
