I booked a car rental through Atlas Choice after internet searching. The rates were very low and some of the reviews were poor... this made me skeptical. However, my experience was excellent!

My booking was confirmed with an email, assigning me to one of their USA agents, Dollar Car Rental. Being a Dollar Car Rental Express Member helped speed up the rental process when I arrived in Chicago on May 1st. All the paperwork and Keys were in the car, you didn't even have to go into the office.

The car was excellent, no running problems during the entire rental time. Received excellent gas mileage too.

Returned car on May 8th, car was checked over and I was given a receipt that said I owed $0.00. I was also informed that the deposit (authorization only on my credit card) would be released within 7-10 business days, which has been done.

Atlas was true to their word that the only charges would be what you paid when booking. No hidden charges were billed after rental. I would definitely use Atlas Choice again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Have booked with yes and am waiting for voucher. Yes said i would get it in 24 hours. Still waiting 3 days later. Have tried calling them on numerous occassions NO ANSWER. SAY NO TO YES.

Booked car hire with YES. They took my money and sent me a Voucher. In florida I got our Car ,but when we returned it we were told that Yes car Hire had not paid Alamo for Three weeks.We were charged again By Alamo Who charged us £200 more than Yes.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YES CAR HIRE TO MY BEST FRIEND>

PAID £455 FOR HIRE VEHICLE THROUGH YES CAR HIRE IN JULY 09. CHECKED IN TO PICK UP CAR IN SANFORD AIRPORT 25 09 09. NO PROBLEM ( HAVE A NICE DAY ).RETURNED HOME 09 10 09,ACCOUNT OVERDRAWN AND £631 TAKEN BY ALOMO BECAUSE NOBODY HAD THE DECENCY TO INFORM ME THERE WAS A PROBLEM THANKS TO YOU BOTH (HAVE A NICE DAY).

ARRIVED MIAMI 26SEPT WITH PREPAID VOUCHER FROM YESCARHIRE FOR AN ALAMO COMPACT CAR.MY VOUCHER WAS ACCEPTED WHICH IS STRANGE AS I SEE IN ONE REVIEW SOMEONE HAD ONE REJECTED ON 25/09/09.AS YOU KNOW THEY TAKE AN IMPRINT OF YOUR CREDIT CARD FO SECURITY AND ON RETURNING THE CAR I WAS PRESENTED WITH A BILL FOR$593 AND TOLD THEY NO LONGER DEALT WITH YESCAR.

WENT STORMING IN THE OFFICE AFTER WAITING AROUND FOR 40 MINUTES TO SEE A MANAGER WAS TOLD BY HIM THEY NO LONGER DEALT WITH YESCARHIRE.I ASKED HOW LONG THIS HAD BEEN THE CASE AND HE WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AN ALAMO STRONGPOINT.COULD NOT ARGUE MY CASE FOR LONG AS HAD A PLANE TO CATCH.HAVE EMAILED THEM SINCE AND THEY JUST WIPE THEIR HANDS OF THE SITUATION. I AM NOW FURTHER INCENSED BY THE FACT THAT SOMEONE ON HERE HAD THEIR VOUCHER REJECTED THE DAY BEFORE MINE WAS ACCEPTED

I also recieved a letter saying that Almo were not accepting car hire vouchers from yescarhire and to send details to yescarhire to become one of their creditors. This suggests to me they have gone bust leaving me with no car of money

We Were Told At The Desk That We Would Not Be Able

we were told at the desk that we would not be able to fit our suitcases into our car a 4 door economy we have hired a 4 door economy before and have had no problem the desk clerk was trying his hardest to make us upgrade but my husband was not having any of it. The desk clerk said that

we would be back as we would not be able to fit in our cases, we had already paid gbp 451.00 for 3 weeks fully inclusive. and they wanted another usd 144.00 of us. Needless to say we did fit our suitcase in

the boot is fairly spacious, and as we had holdalls rather than cases

we just squashed them in. I would say this is in no way any fault of

Yes Car Hire but the fault of Alamo.

I Received A Letter Yesterday From Yescarhire Conf

I received a letter yesterday from YesCarHire confirming that they are not able to provide me with the car hire service, and making no suggestion on how I can receive a refund. In the letter, it explained only that Alamo has suspended YesCarHire account facility. And I've been told by Alamo that YesCarHire has gone bust! I am now becoming one of their unsecured creditors and left with no money and no car!
