Without some small errors all organization was quite good prepared. The drivers were gentle and helpful, office stuff is very very patient and helpful as well, ordered city tour was excellent. A little minus for wrong information about meeting place at the airport and wrong transmition of information to the driver who picked us up. Generaly if we would like to go to Barcelona one more time, we will definitely profit of this company. Greetings fo all KJ Travel!

I was handled the task of arranging the transport just a few days before we arrived, and even though I ordered the transport very close to our arrival, they were able to make all the arrangements without any problems for me which I am very pleased about.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, and on the return trip he arrived 5 minutes earlier (which is appreciated by all Norwegians!). He was very professional and helpful, and got all the luggage on board the bus very smoothly. His driving was excellent. The bus was the right size for us.

I am very pleased with everything (same with the group) and will absolutely contact them again should we require any transport again, and I have no hesitation recommending this company to others.

We had a large group to transport for the El Clasico match in October. We had 6 people carrier sized vehicles and were were all impressed with the service. The drivers were all on time and where they were supposed to be. They were helpful and friendly and the vehicles were clean and modern. Many of our group commented that the ease of the transport helped to make this experience one of the best they had enjoyed.

The prices were fair and there were no hidden extras that you can sometimes find. It was easy to book the vehicles and despite changing itinerary at almost the last minute it was seemless.

I have since recommended the company to friends and associates and I will definatly use them again if I need vehicles in Spain.

The driver was very friendly and helpful and all services provided during the trip were very good.

Bus did not show up on time. Had hotel to call emergency number due to they where not speaking English on the support desk. After some time it was clear that the bus had gone to a wrong hotel. Almost one hour late the bus arrived and we where able to start our trip. The standard of the bus was low due to expectation and pictures on web page. Again English skills was low on the driver, but we managed due to one in our group was speaking Spanish. Bus was dirty and in low technical standard. Will probably never use this company again.

Second time to have the service, still the experience of professional and kind service. Already ordered for the next time.

Very good service with a low budget!

Although we needed to make last minute changes to both schedule and the size of the bus we used the company was able to adapt to our needs on extremely short notice and were at all time very professional. We hired the services of a guide through them who did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend using this company.
