TO AVOID !

I booked through this website, biggest mistake.

I booked for a SUV or equivalent.

When I arrived at the agency, I was forced to pay for an insurance 150€ (my booking was around 130€ so the insurance was even more expensive) otherwise I couldn’t have the car. This insurance was never mentioned before or even in the contract !

I had already my full insurance.

In the end, I had no choice than paying for it.

Maybe, it was because they didn’t give me a SUV but a rubbish car, completely not fit to ride. They clearly put my life in danger when I discovered all the sounds, the brakes barely working (in a mountain island)

To conclude, if you want to die with empty pockets, go for it !

The service client is excellent. They do their best to serve you. Just pay attention to where you pick up your car and which company and read reviews of customers.

I was late picking my car up due to severe weather in Scotland.

I called the customer service centre and the agent was excellent.

She emailed National cars to inform them of my late pick up.

Hire a car before our Spain trip from VIPCars. Got some questions about is there any additional fee and the insurance coverage. He answered with patience, he solved the questions with professional. Can't wait to visit Spain with VIPCars. We may hire 2 more cars through VIPCars.

I frequently rent cars and it was the first time to use VIP cars. The conditions offered by VIP cars were very acceptable compared to those of other sites. A couple of members of the customer help center were so kind and the replies to my query were so prompt. I ended up renting a car at Hertz. The car conditions and the whole process of pickup/return were comfortable.

We’ve used VIP cars twice now and each time booking was simple and concise. This time we experienced an issue with Dollar which was not the fault of VIP cars in any way however after getting no response from Dollar themselves we contacted VIP cars for help. And help they did! Our issue was resolved quickly and the customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend VIP cars when renting.
