Arrived about an hour earlier than planned, customs were good that day :) but the girl dealt with our phone call promtly and we were on our way within 45 mins. The car was excellent, also they have a no smoking policy, no nasty smells lingering in the A/C (even if it meant I had to stop every hour...for my passengers you understand :) )

Directions for the return were good, no problems, and again a very prompt handover. We had cleaned and washed the car, which was quite a surprise to them, but something wqe have always done after a rental.

Overall, one of the best, if not the best, car rental company I have used in Thailand - have lived there now for 10 years and usually rent a car every other month.
