Driver Almost Lost Control On The Freeway, Was Hit
Driver almost lost control on the freeway, was hitting lane bumps continually, and was very distracted. I felt endangered for my life. I am very glad my wife and children were not in the van. I will never take Blue Van Shuttle again, I would rather walk--it was a nightmare.

Super Shuttle Drivers were friendly, but there is a language barrier.
Vans were dirty and had interior mechanical problems, seatbelts that didn't work, windows wouldn't latch.

Good points, We got to the hotel. Bad points, The driver was rude, drove in a dangerous manner, and did not know the address despite having it on his manifest, and being told again where it was at the start of the journey. The vehicle was unsafe - the step on the passenger side was loose and threatened to collapse as we tried to get on and off the vehicle. I would recommend that you use another method of transport.

The organizational skills of the Super Shuttle car hire company are horrible.
They ignore comments, claiming that the mistake will be corrected.
Finally a driver let me sit on the floor of his backed shuttle, and I was able to get to my hotel.
I Have Never Received Such Poor Service Before. In
I have never received such poor service before. In fact, it's hard to receive poorer service since none was received at all from Super Shuttle Car Hire. After booking shuttle transport from downtown DC to IAD airport (for Nov 18 2005), my colleagues and I waited patiently at 5:00am to meet our shuttle outside of our hotel.
The allotted time came and went, and at 5:45am there was no shuttle. Becoming concerned about making our plane, I called the company, who informed me that they were 'just about to call and tell me that their driver would not have time to pick me up.' I was then told, rather nonchalantly, that they would send a cab, and I was expected to make up the difference in price. I asked that the least they could do would be to ensure that the cab driver could accept credit cards. She said that this would not be a problem.
Understandable. Fine. A large company can't honour reservations made and paid for in advance.
Yet even the task of sending a cab that took credit cards was apparently too difficult. Thirty minutes later when our cab arrived, the driver happily stated cash only.
I will never use this service again.
