Easy location to find with good public transport access, very helpful and informative staff members. Very clear and patient with me as it was my first time.

I have used this company (Season Cars) over the years and it's a great business model that they have. I somehow feel that they're missing out on a trick by not also incorporating a day car rental hire with early morning take back as possibility or 24 hours from when you have booked it from.

I 'get it' about the minimum 2 days but I can only speak for myself and I know that I would have taken a car once a week during the week for the last 2 months.. Which in effect would surpass what they would have made from me not renting any car in this period because I never really need it for two days. I work full on on my weekends so I never would need the cars unless I'm off or for a rare special occasion!!

For my situation I may need it to go to an event or club during the week which I believe is relative 'dead time' for the company and they can easily get rid off a lot of cars during the week like this.

I think it's a fantastic opportunity for them as well to have 2 or 3 people who they can offer this to, say everyday after 4pm where they know that certain cars haven't been taken and you need to get down before close time when they notify you and you bring it back for say 10am ready for it to rejoin the fleet for hire. Win win for both parties!!

I am a returning customer for the 4th time and as always the service is good. I think personally that the detail is what distinguishes the good from the best. For the fourth time the car wasnt clean on the inside with sesame seeds on the seats and the glove compartment with litter from the previous users. I find the service good in all aspects with some notes.

Cleanliness of the vehicle.

Receiving the car with a full tank is so much hustle free for the customers. ( it seems like its a way to make a bit of free fuel or to overcharge the customers for 2.10£ for every extra liter)

When you receive the car from mayfair offices in congestion charges times the this cost should be absorbed by the company.

The car was clean and in impeccable state when I went to collect.

Everything was demonstrated to me and I was assured if any issues arose that their is a hot line that could be reached 24 hours a day.
