We hired a car that was given to us firstly with no petrol, and then after an hour driving out of Bangkok the A/C stopped working - in 35 degree heat! We phoned them and they said "well it is an old car!" Unbelievable! There advice was for us to go and get it fixed somewhere during our holiday. Awful customer service and dreadful cars. Do not use this company!

We hired a car from here for two weeks. They said the car would arrive shortly however had to wait over an hour for it to show up.

When it did arrive it was peppered with small dents and scratches. The person signing the car out drew lots of dots and dashes on the form to present these.

When I returned the car they claimed one of the scratches was new so they could keep the 2,000 bht deposit. I argued this and they refused. Fortunately I had photoed the car and emailed them the pictures when I returned to my accommodation.

I went back to get the refund but they refused to pay for my taxi to and from to collect the monies.

I would never recommend anyone to use this firm. Appalling customer service and just fraud merchants.
