We hired a car for 1 week. We were met in the arrivals hall by the representative who showed us to our car. We were an hour later than the time we had indicated but that was no problem at all. The car was parked right outside the airport, it was so easy. As requested there was a child seat.

Everything was explained and straight forward.

We weren't expecting to be given the parking ticket to pay on the way out but parking it was only around 1 or 2 pounds, so nothing to worry over.

Wonderful service. Easy to book via the website and confirmation received promptly via email and text. They dropped of the car to the hotel and picked up from the second hotel. All I done at the times agreed and straight forward payment and no hidden charges. The Best car hire experience I have had. The car itself was an upgrade to the class we had booked but at no extra cost. It was brand new 490 miles on the clock. We changed our minds and decided to hire a sat nav system on day two of our car hire and the sat nav was delivered to the hotel . I forget the young mans name we dealt with but he was polite and friendly. The whole experience was seamless and felt like very personal service. The rates are reasonable and it felt good to be supporting a local company. I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

The company were first class, booking was very easy and the car arrived as requested ontime. The car was delivered clean and tidy.

Staff were friendly and helpful who delivered the car and to and from the hotel. Would I use them again ? YES and thank you.
