Beware of Rent Car Company, they are spotters. I have been with them for more than two months when I rented a car from them in the United States of America from ALMO. I went there to receive the car, I had only the international driving license, and the employee responsible insisted on the driver's license from The country of origin and then i told him it is not important to submit a driving license from the country of origin as long as I have the international license and the passport, but actually he refused to give me the car and in the meantime i tried to contact the office of RacingCarz in Emirates but they didn't answer as they have working hours from 9:00 AM up to 5:00 PM, from these point i start suffering with these company.

Firstly, how a company that provides service around the world has specific working hours and does not have a 24 hour customer service center.

Secondly i try to call RentingCarz MIAMI branch to explain to them the situation and i astonished from their reply as they told me you should contact with the branch which make the deal with it and the branch in Emirates.

When i request from ALMO to refund me they refused and inform me i should take my money from RentingCarz. Since more than two months I talk to the company twice or three times every week international calls to ask them about my money, but their response is the same response We have sent a message by mail and waiting for reply; furthermore, i talk with one of the mangers in these company in he inform me that we are not renting cars we only a site so we should wait the reply. I ask him reply from whom and why as i pay the money to RentingCarz ??????. Until know i cant understand what is the meaning of we are only a site, is this meaning that in case of any problem we are out of responsibility or what ????.

By the way in the same date i rent a car from SIXT with the international license and passport and this cost me more than the double of price but in these moment i don't have any choice, because me, my wife and my baby one year old came from flight more than 14 hours.

if any one want to contact me don't be hesitate i have the emails and all evidence between me and RentingCarz also the renting document from SIXT in the same day.
