Worst customer service experience ever! Booked a 7 seater for 4 days online. A day before the pick-up I went to check if everything OK. I ended up ORCAR sales lady attacked me, police has been called etc.

Easy to book. No fuss and no queues at pick up. Car wasn't new but was in good condition. Best thing was the value for money. Excellent price and excellent company to deal with. Would always consider them first when booking car hire in Tenerife.

Booked Orcar car hire for 1 week in lanzarote paid £217 absolute bargain for 1st week in August 2008 (booked 4 months in advance) highly recommended as the prices rise as the season goes on BUT in trying to arrange same car for 2009 at the moment the price is nearer to £500, looks like ill be walking next year ..I was hoping to book for 2 weeks!

I booked online with Orcar, just because they were the cheapest. At arrival I found an office in the airport, a nice car, and good service. This is a lot more than I expected from the cheapest, and believe me, I searched a lot. I paid about 65 pounds for the week. They didn't offered me any extras, all was included in the price. This is a new definition of a cheap company.

Would use again, you are not committed until you arrive to collect, they only ask that you cancel as a courtesy if you are not going to use it. This can be done easily by phone or online. You collect the car with a full tank and return it the same. Easy and efficient to collect or return at Tenerife South Airport.
