Have used www.okayautos.com for the last 4 years and always been satisfied with our 7 seater - this year the car was not as good and we complained as soon as we saw it - they were very good to deliver an new one the following day to our hotel near Palma which was over an hours drive away.

Delighted with this car hire service. Was the shortest queue at the airport, spoke English, very helpful, returned the car early with attendant waiting to pick up the keys, checked over the car with a thumbs up. No problems at all even though the car was grubby with 2 kids in the back for 10 days.

I have used Okayautos several times abroad without any problems at all. On one occasion Okayautos was most helpful and arranged for me to pick up the car in Italy without paying a deposit. I have also found their rates to be very competetive. So I would highly recommend this company.

Booked on internet. Never used before, but cheaper than DYS. Full isurance and unlimited mileage. All inclusive prices and no hidden costs on arrival. I will use them again.

Brand new car, quick service. There was 5 people at the desk. No small print. Tank policy full/full so cheaper than others.

The partner was Avis, so the service was great.
