I arranged car hire direct with a person at GSP, since I wanted to be sure of the car. She offered the Daihatsu Terios 4x4, and said that if necessary she would substitute for the "Rush" instead. However, we did get the Terios.

Although I was worried that they were a little old (she said 8 years, but hard to believe), I had no reason to be concerned.

The cars (we took 2) were very clean, and aside from very minor marks on the outside (quite common in Cyprus), they were immaculate. I would have thought they were new! They were also properly serviced, and the air conditioning was very effective (and essential at 40+ degrees).

Two people met us late at the airport and showed us the cars in detail, took security on a VISA at a small table outside the airport, and went through all the paperwork.

I couldn't have chosen a better car for the island, and the three people I dealt with were all lovely. Professional, patient, and trouble-free. I *will* be using them again!

We booked a Mitsubishi Lancer and we given a Nissan Note. On the way back to the airport a stone chipped the screen. Our instructions were to leave the car in the car park and they would collect the car some time during the day. When I got home that night despite being tired I sent an email to GSP Rentals advising them of the stone chip.

I received no acknowledgement just a charge of 250 Euros on my credit card. I am still chasing them for an invoice so I can make an insurance claim.

Customer service is not their priorty!!!

Arrived a Paphos and ordered an automatic suzuki 4x4 from www.GSPcarhire.com, I got a Diahatsu Terios 4x4 auto. It was nice and clean and performed extremely well.

One of the best hire cars that we have rented in Paphos for a really good price.
