The car hired to us by 'FIRST CAR' was a complete WRECK. Huge mileage; sounded like a tank; brakes squealed; hand brake would not hold. Every body pannel was badly dented, one panel was completely missing. Wiper was totally missing; wing mirror was falling off and not adjustable; spare tyre was flat (which we had to pay for to repair); and tyre had a huge bulge in the tread. Hub caps split and broken (kept on falling off); staff at hire reception refused change of car or deposit refunds, were extremely rude, could not give a damn and demanded tips. We consider the car was extremely dangerous. Like us, you could have your holiday totally ruined by 'FIRST CAR', or WORSE!
