We have booked a car through Economycarbookings on line to use it from Durban airport. I have several times confirmed that I don't want extra cover on the vehicle. I have arranged for insurance cover on the vehicle through our own personal insurance. When I arrived at the offices we had to pay an additional amount for the extra cover. I was highly upset because that was not the original arrangement the lady phoned their offices and explained to them that we are not happy about the extra charges. They said that we had to pay it and log a call afterwards they will then attend to it. I received an email this morning that we have accepted the deal and that they can't assist us with a refund. I knew this was going to happen I even told the lady at reception that I don't want issues afterwards to hear that we accepted the deal now exactly that is happening?

I wrote a review two weeks ago about being very unhappy that we were overcharged with one extra day by Europcar at East London Airport South Africa. I am Happy to report that Europcar and also with the help of Economy car rentals, our query was resolved and we were refunded with the charges for the one day. Thank you so much for everyone that worked on my query and made it a success story with a happy ending. I would have liked to know that they work on 24 hours and because we got the car earlier we should have made sure the car was back by no later than the pick up time. because we were unaware of that, we brought the car back 40 minutes later then the pick up time and we were charged for a full day.

Unfortunately, there is no option to check 'no stars' when rating this company. This company is a rip off. They offer an insurance called "Refundable excess" to cover any damage upto a relatively small amount. When making a booking, I did not realized that this box was already checked, so I had to pay $97 extra for this insurance. The way it sounded (refundable) I thought it would be refunded after I completed my trip since I didn't do any damage to the rental car. Well, it is NOT refundable!! The wording on their site and documents need to be read very carefully. Because of this rip off alone, I will NEVER book any vehicles through this company. They can rip someone off only once!!

Additionally, I had to wait for more than one hour to pick up my car at my destination as there was only one agent helping and a long line of customers. This was excruciating after a very long trip. If I hadn't already paid for this reservation, I certainly would have gone to another car rental counter which would have been faster AND cheaper!

Furthermore, this company as a middleman does not provide better prices when booking rental cars. If I went directly to the car rental company, I would have gotten a better deal. NEVER do business with the Economy Bookings!

I could be able to find any class car I need on their website, loyal price, I would say cheaper than other online car rental brokers, but more important for me was a possibility to order additional equipment (GPS, cuz I didn't knew the land) Great answer from customer service, kept me updated on any booking step. Really like the service and car condition! Regarding the price it took me 203$ for 7 day car rental period for Fiat 500. Only thing that were misunderstood was car color I booked a red one but local supplier told me that they have only blue and black cars (didn't mattered for me)! Definitely recommend to use them!

The car was ok, but the rest was pure misery.

RBC Europe, Rental Reservation Center has partnered with, "OK Rent a car" in Mallorca. The car picked up at OK Rent a car.

I can not recommend this company. It's too expensive. Extra charges on which you are not indformeret about before you book your car.

I had received an order specifications of a car to 439 €. But at pickup cost € 699.75. An increase more at € 260.75.

We arrived late at night and did not have a chance to cancel resevationen. - Which would have cost us € 75.

We had booked our car through RBC Europe, Rental Reservation Center.

I can strongly warn against this!

They inform you a false price.

I will go to the European Commission, to stop these mafia company. I have good contacts in the EU.

I write review for the first time in my life. I'd like to thanks to this great company for job they're doing. My trip lasts only two weeks, but it was so colorful and picturesque that I'll remember it whole life. RBC Europe helped me to find a car in a price range from 150.10 till 231.92 for a week. I think that is a great offer. So I booked a Chevrolet Aveo - I liked everything about the car, only problem were GPS (I actually forgot to order it) so I had to find a right place by myself. Actually it was very fun trip, lots of great people and sights to visit, especially when you have a car.

Great booking website in my personal experience I can say that such easy booking I never met before, you know. Lot of cars, for any type of people (young ones, seniors and etc.), great car equipment and condition. Actually I'm thinking about buying one of Ford Fiesta 1.2))) Everything cost me about 135 euros for a week (car rental in Bucharest). Actually its kinda hard to find a good rental car in Bucharest. I picked up car in Baneasa Airport and no waiting's or any issues. I arrived at airport and car were already waiting for me. They have good car rental process starting from booking till car exploitation. Definitely deserve to be checked up!

I worked with about 10 car hire companies and I realized one thing that you need to find more companies to get a really LOW price! This company (RBC Europe) offers a great car fleet in a good condition (at least that times when I rented a car they were like new). Conclusion - cars are great. Never worked with their customer service so I can't say anything. All those who wants a great car for unbelievably low prices. You're welcome)

economycarbooking.com - I'd gave them 6 stars if I could! Customer service were on a top level, regarding my trip it was just hilarious! First we arrived Madrid and our Opel Astra waited already for us. Car was in a great condition, guy that were near the car - Silvio were kind and helpful. After that we drove to Malaga to celebrate Easter. Great time spent there, great climate, delicious cuisine and cheap prices. Also RBC Europe offered us pretty low prices for car rental in Madrid. Anyway, good company and great trip. Thank you!

I clicked on five stars overall rating because they really deserve it. I took Ford 1.8 and I'm very pleased with it. You know that you can save much more money by asking them for a discount. Kind and responsible CS (customer service) were on high level and they're interested in helping you not only on the road but in your trip too. Car condition were excellent, looked like new. Regarding website, its pretty easy, nothing hard to think of, everything is on a casual user level. I think that's all I wanted you review. Thanks and have a good trip!
