Very Simple, Efficient Booking Process. This Is Th
Very simple, efficient booking process. This is the second time we've used ecbonline and we haven't had any problems. We received confirmation that the booking was successful. They arranged the car hire with National and we got our voucher. When we got to Manchester, the specific class we had ordered wasn't available so they upgraded us free of charge.
Only downside was the queue at the car hire desk.
