Easy Autos

Last 12 January we have reserved through Easy Autos a car at Porto airport (Portugal) for the period between next 20 march to 25 for a cheap price, paying in advance.. The car was actually booked at Sixt Car Rental. Easy Autos sent us a confirmation e-mail, but now their web site and call center are off-line. We have immediately contact them, receiving today another confirmation, but in spite of that, we are worried because no notice are arriving from Sixt, that we have also contacted.It would seem to be early to make another reservation, loosing only a few euros, but meanwhile prices are gone considerably higher: so this is not the right way to raise consumer trust for on-line booking.

We booked a car with easy autos after reading good reviews on this site for 5th -12th January at Girona airport. Easy autos e-mailed the rental voucher which we presented to auriga crown rental company, easy autos do not seem to have their own cars, when you book with them they just e-mail around and get you a car (which you could do yourself) auriga crown had nothing on thier computer system to say easy autos had booked a car for us. Luckily as it was in low season they were able to rent us a car after spending 1 hour going through the system to find one not already booked. l e-mailed easy autos 2 times on my return for a explanation, but they have not replied to my e-mails as yet. I don not recommend!!

Booked a car to go to Malaga for the summer holidays with partner and kids. We got a brand spanking new Ford Focus from Vita Cars. The car was perfect, the weather was perfect and it was all hassle free thanks to EasyAutos

Murcia is a small airport but quite busy, with Easy Autos you are taken via mini bus from right outside the arrivals area, to the rental office which is about 1.5 kms away.

The staff speak good English and the formalities are completed quite quickly.

There is a good selection of vehicles from small compact to people carrier, at competitive rates.

Each time we have used them, the vehicles have been new and in excellent condition.

From the rental office, it is 2-3 minutes to the main arterial road running North / South.

I would happily use Easy Autos again, and certainly recommend them to others.

Being exceptionally busy with work I appreciate no nonsense service with quick results. Easy Autos in general always gives me the level of service that I require. I have recommended the company to numerous colleagues and acquaintances.

Will be happy to use EasyAutos for my next car rental and have recommended them to friends. They are also nice people to deal with, should you need to contact them by telephone.

Easy Autos car rental offer excellent customer service and great prices. I would never use another car hire company now that I have experienced this one!

Easy Autos offer great prices and service. The web site is easy to use and repeat customers get a discount. The cars are low mileage / new. I have used this company over 20 times and have never had a problem.
