DH Car Rental, Mauritius

It was a family trip to Mauritius and we decided to rent a SEDAN Mitsubishi Lancer from DH CAR RENTAL. Coming from Singapore, we were a bit scared at first to drive a manual car in a foreign country but I can reassure you that driving in Mauritius was fun and was a great way to discover Mauritius.

We arrived quite late on the MK flight and had a very warm greeting from Denis at the airport. Once we got our Mitsubishi Lancer (quite new and in perfect condition delivered with a baby seat) we set our way to Grand-Baie where our Hotel was located.

We spent one week driving around the Island and had a great time. We do recommend this car rental service to anyone travelling to Mauritius as their service is very friendly and flexible and they always do their best to accommodate any of your needs. 5 star rating to DH CAR RENTAL which we found on Google or you can go directly to dhcarrental.

This was our 3rd booking with DH CAR RENTAL MAURITIUS and as usual, the service was great. We were nicely greeted at the airport and delivered one of their new Hyundai I10.

Their price is always very competitive and the car is an official car rental, unlike many other car rentals online.

We would strongly recommend DH CAR RENTAL to anyone travelling to Mauritius.

Also, a car is very important if you want to visit the different areas of Mauritius. We stayed in the West and East and very often travelled to Port-Louis or to Grand-Baie to visit. We were supplied with a car seat for our little boy and that was supplied by DH Car.

We are a family of 6 and needed a car that would accommodate us and our luggage. I emailed DH Car Rental from the UK and was given lots of information on what cars would be suitable. Every query was answered swiftly. When we arrived in Mauritius, Dennis was waiting and took us straight to the car. It was spotless, in very good condition and quite new. He made sure we were familiar with all controls etc. When we were later stranded due to volcanic ash, Dennis and Didier were extremely helpful sorting out a cheaper car, and came and picked our luggage up to take it to airport when we eventually got a flight out. Fantastic service and value. Would highly recommend.

We arranged airport pickup and airport drop off as well and I can say that our trip to Mauritius was a great one.
