I booked KJ TRAVEL prior months for a six hour tour in Barcelona for my family. We were 16 people in all. We were exchanging emails with KJ Travel for months and they didn't even mention that their drivers are only spanish speaking. The driver did not understand even a sigle word in English so we could not communicate. The first contact telephone number did not respond for it was Sunday and it was closed. We had an answer of the second one to inform us that all drivers were spanish speaking and not to disturb him for translation.

We spent almost half the trip time trying to give him to understand were we wanted to visit.

I do not recommend this company at all!

We had a business trip of around 20 people in Barcelona and had 4 different bookings over 2 days. They turned up to 1 on time. Twice they didn't turn up at all and one time they turned up late in the wrong location.

I emailed them to ask for compensation and never got a reply.

They were just terrible and so overpriced: next time I'd just call multiple cabs as that's an easier and more reliable way to travel around the city.

Don't ever use this company!

Stay away from this company. They do not pay their providers. We are small company that were providing services to them and more than a year an a half later we have not received the payment. They are not serious!!! simply do not use this company.

I booked 3 coaches to travel from Benidorm to Valencia and I suggested an area to be picked up at in Benidorm. The coach company chose an ideal location and turned up 5 minutes before schedule and the 3 drivers were very friendly. The coaches dropped us off at the exact location I requested and were in position at the correct time to provide the return journey back to Benidorm. A perfect service from a professional company

I found KJ Travel,friendly and easy to deal with. I thought the price was good and I would use them again. They were very punctual and had no problems

I was actually going to email you for an official complaint form. I emailed you my journey details and you sent me a quote for the journey. This quote I would expect to include any cost involved, including tolls. I was extremely annoyed to find the driver not only chose to ignore the new road to Benidorm, he then took the coast road, making the whole journey 30 minutes longer than it should be, all because you did not want to pay the toll. He then missed the turning for Benidorm and got lost. Overall, a thoroughly exhausting experience for the 1st part of our leg. To make matters worse and extremely dangerous, the sliding door to the passenger area opened up at least 6 times during the journey and only about 4 seats had seat belts; 2 elements completely unacceptable these days and possibly illegal (but I will have to check the details on that). When we arrived in Benidorm I told the driver that I fully expected him to take the quickest and easiest route home and was once again appalled to find out that we had to pay the toll charge. A thoroughly disappointing experience, especially considering it cost us 450€. I will not be recommending you at all.

We were happily surprised by the state of the coach. The services provided were not as expensive as the prices of competitors, but this did not affect the quality of your services. The coach was fairly new and clean, had a properly functioning air conditioning and was comfortable.

The driver was friendly, spoke his languages and no trip was too far. Instead of being limited by his own opinion on certain locations, he wanted to continue to drive and was only stopped by European limitations on driving limits.

The coach was always on time when we needed to depart and the driver was happy about the accommodations. Certain improvements could be made with us in communication, especially regarding lunch for the driver. Although sometimes this went a little bit wrong, the driver made no problem out of this and together we were always able to solve this. Further improvements could be made in planning the different trips. We had set our route with google maps and could not let the driving time be calculated for our coach by google or internet help. As your company is specialised in coach services, we expected a little more feedback on our estimates. Often, the journey took much longer than expected beforehand and a little more help was wanted.

Excellent service very smooth and met all our needs. Driver was excellent very pleasant accommodating and felt safe.

No faults or complaints would definitely recommend and would be using again if need arises.
