FFS.terrible customer service, made booking over the phone. No email confirmation of booking after several calls FFS. Showed up on the day with a vehicle far too big for holiday destination FFS. Contacted office to be told that had no other vehicles therefore we could not make our holiday. No Apology and they deducted over £500 from my account and I still have not received it back. Issued a formal complaint a week ago and NO RESPONSE. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY .BEAWARE !!!!!!!

Hired a minibus for a week. Vehicle was great and had no problems with the company or getting my deposit back. However, was shocked to hear that the insurance had a £2500 excess when I went to pick it up. Make sure to arrange excess insurance separately beforehand.

I booked a people carrier online with European cover, intended to take my family to Europe. After arriving at the branch, they told me that the European cover only cover France and I have to pay GPB200 for each additional country I go. The price listed online also does not include VAT so I had to pay that for the whole booking. Also, they need to charge GBP5000 for security deposit as opposed to what is mentioned online during booking process (GBP350). Luckily I brought cards with that amount of limit, otherwise they will ask you to pay additional GBP24 per day to take insurance to reduce excess to GBP350.

I ended up paying 70% more than the listed price booked online!!

The car is new and in good condition and I'm satisfied, but the company need to show the actual price online instead of cheating customers this way.

I was in need of a vehicle at short notice for business and used Capital Car and Van Rental. It was easy to set up and hassle free. I have used them a couple of times since and will continue to do so. The extra services they offer have been really useful to me and my business partner.

Me and my friends hired a camper van to drive around UK! The van was super clean when we got it and of a really good quality! We never had a problem with the van. The service itself was fantastic. Great people who know what they are doing! Will be definitely renting vans or cars from them in the future!

Capital car and van rental have been absolutely great! The service has been very quick and efficient. It came with a decent amount of fuel, and there were no issues at all when returning the car. A quick check to make sure that there was no extra damage and to check mileage and ensure fuel tank had been refilled.

No trouble at all and very happy with the service. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing and efficient service. My van was for a flat move I'm doing across the city last minute so I was very happy they were able to switch things around and sort out something for me last minute. The van worked perfectly fine and they were very clear with instructions. They even told me about a short cut I didn't know about to make my move faster!

I recently rented a 4x4 from Capital and the service I received was great! The various locations around London made it easy for me to collect and the 4x4 was excellent. I had no problem getting my deposit back, which can usually be a bit tricky with other companies.I will definitely be using Capital again!

Don't believe all the reviews you read. I recently used Capital and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided for me. From start to finish I have no complaints and would happily recommend to others.
