- When negotiated a 2 day deal I was promised to get 550 free kilometers instead of standard 500 km.
When calculated the final price, they forgot about it, but after a reminder they changed it but all of a sudden they remembered!!?? about some additional taxes and the final proce became even bigger.
- I picked the car up in the morning but later in Elat in the evening I figured out that the headlights(low beams) do not work!!!. There are no other locations of Best Car Auto in Israel, so there is no possibility to exchange the car
- Broken fuel level indicator. The arrow that shows the level was changing the postion constantly. It showed the 1/4 of tank and at the next moment - 1/2 of tank, etc. As a result they overcharged me about additional 20-25 $ for fuel.
