see previous review re no tax on s-class mercedes, company promised a letter of apology and offer of refund but nothing received

When I called Azure Super Car Hire to get a quote on 3 cars for my brothers wedding I got put through to their sales team. The person that was dealing with my quote was very helpful and polite. He asked me what was the occasion and then he tailor made a package for me which included a White Rolls Royce Phantom, Ferrari F1 430 and a Mercedes S Class. As promised the cars were delivered on time in prestige condition.

Mercedes 'S' class hired for bridal car. car did not have valid tax disc which was not spotted until after delivery which was late, car not valeted as promised, delivery agent advised us to wash the car before use. could not use car as planned due to no tax so paid for 3 days used for 2 hours, company refusing any sort of refund, company seem to think we are to blame for not using car even though driver could have been fined up to £200 if stopped. car had damage to paintwork but delivery agent did not check , should have had full tank, less than a quarter full. delivery mileage not checked. i can think of nothing to recommend about this company other than recommending people to steer clear.
