Totally Disappointed And Unhappy

I would urge people not to use this company. My experience with them on holiday in Spain was terrible and ruined my trip. I booked a car through Edreams and got told on the booking that I had paid in full but would be charged for fuel. On arriving in Malaga we had to wait hours to be served and watched everyone who came out ahead was furious to be charged an amount well in excess of the original booking. The car we were given was not the one we paid for, was not roadworthy and caused concern in wet conditions with wheels not gripping and wiper blades not working. I have spent a long time since returning trying to pursue this matter but the company are totally uninterested.I have been blaming Edreams but now realise that Advantage are to blame. We were told we had to pay the extra money when we argued it but after seeing the invoice noticed it was not obligatory but optional. Their staff were rude and unhelpful.

We Rented A Car From Advantage And After 3 Days Us

We rented a car from Advantage and after 3 days using the car it broke down. They told me I ruined the engine - how's that possible in 3 days? I ended up with a whopping $2000.00 dollar bill for the rental cost! Since I am not in Cancun to fight it - they took my money - thieves. The stress of the car problem RUINED my vacation. I could have been stranded with that piece of junk and still had to pay an outrageous amount with no fault of my own.
