Do Not Go Near This Company
Avoid at all costs ...... Hired a car at Pisa airport November 2018. The car was filthy inside and out when we complained we were told take it or leave it. Stupidly we took it. Driving to f licence my husband noticed the steering was hard. We got to the hotel parked in their secure car park. Next morning the front tyre was flat. No flat no inflation car therefore car was ILLEGAL AND DANGEROUS!!! We called the assistance number this number is not answered the fabulous hotel staff were also trying for us. We decided to call pisa. This number is a fax number and printed on all their documents. We were forced to take a taxi at our expense to Florence airport to pick up another car....i won't mention the rudeness of staff i am Italian and I was amazed at the rudeness and being told that this was all our fault. To cut a long story short...they supposedly had a report done on the tyre and helped themselves to 750 euros.....luckily we had taken out a separate insurance not their and we were reimbursed within the week....will never ever use them again!

I Booked A Car From This People, The Price Was Goo
I booked a car from this people, the price was good.
I pick up the car at late night, no staff to check damage; car was in a dark parking space in Comiso airport.
Company staff made a verbal contract and said that if any damage found and not declared in the contract I can contact them the next day and they will add to the list of existing damages. As an honest citizen I trusted them, as I was tired from a long day and trip. The next day I found damage in the driver’s door and as per verbal contract I declared to them believing that everything would be sorted.
Once I returned the car I was charged for the existing damage, they charged €500.
Thereafter I received a letter from their insurance company reclaiming a large amount of money, but they wrote if I dispute the damage they will not charge until the dispute was fully resolved.
Unfortunately they charged on my card the damage without explanations.
I have been sending emails to them without any answers.
Not only they take my hard earned money but their customer service has never been willing to address my queries.
From reviews we should start a class action against this fraudulent company.

Worst Car Rental Service Ever!
I have rented many cars in my life in many countries and it has never being this terrible. People are extremely rude. First we arrived and they sell us a wifi thing that doesnt work but it works in the rental car place so we are wrong "because it works", never worked in our whole trip. Then we arrived and they started saying we have scratches in the car. Scratches appeared on the parking lot, when they show us the contract it said they were scratches on the other side of the car same spot but they where no scratches there. They told us to write something for the insuracnce company and when we asked to talked directly to them they told us we were not allowed to. Complete ripp off! DONT RENT HERE!

Rented Through Autoeurope In Florence, At Airport
Rented through AutoEurope in Florence, at airport see that they are Sicily by car/Autoeuropa. All rental goes well, never left Florence, gkven back the car without any problems. This was in July 2016. On the 20th January I see n my credit card the dreaded 61 Euros charge, apparently just for the passing of my data to the local authority for a fine. Except that I have never been in Palermo in my life ! I think this is yet another of their little tricks, SHAME ON YOU AutoEuropa! I have seen that they are well known to slap this nice little extra on most customers. Given that it is impossible to contact them, the best I could do is to replace my credit card, and wish them to spend the money in medicines.
And I would add that a broker like Autoeurope.com, with a good reputaion, should not use them !

Hidden Charges And Billing
Worst rental experience ever. AutoEuropa /Sicily By Car may appear to be a great value but it will cost you more with charges after your car has been returned. To start I booked a long term rental. The car was dirty and they did not have any other options. Not only that they gave me a vehicle with a check engine light on. I had to put my vacation on hold and drive into another location to inspect the car only to send me on my way with no change in vehicle or rental fee concession. I came to Italy prepared knowing what to expect with local traffic laws and made it a point to follow the speed limit and other traffic law exactly. This company started assessing multiple charges per month around $60 per transaction. So even if I made a mistake and had a traffic infraction, there is no way they would be billing me 12+ times totaling over $500. There have been no statements no communication and no response from my inquiries for the company to explain.

We have had the worst experience with Auto Europe in our travel history. Hidden charges, rip-offs, extremely poor customer service which put you on music most of the time,.... too many negative experiences to enumerate.
Auto Europe is really a company with main business phylosophie is to rip off their customers as fast as possible and then to get rid of them even quicker.
We can only recommend all prosperous customers to stay away as far as possible from Auto Europe. Going by train or going on foot is even a better idea than booking a car with Auto Europe! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Quattro mesi dopo aver noleggiato la macchina trovo 61 Euro scalati dal mio conto senza avvertirmi; un puro furto; cercando su net trovo anche altri clienti rubati cosi; alcuni 2 volte!

I Hired A Car From Sicily By Car At Bergamo Airpor
I hired a car from sicily by car at bergamo airport. The car was dirty inside and out and covered in condensation they had no way to clean it and i was informed it was all that was available. Foolishly i took it. I drove 30 minutes to milan and washed the car. There was a crack at the edge of the passenger side windscreen. I contacted sicily by car and told to take it to linate airport. They apologised and changed the car. I was informed there would be no charges. I checked on returning the car and again told there would be no charge. On returning home i found e480 taken from my credit card. I contacted sicily by car and told i had signed for the car so that was my problem. After many years of car hire in many countries this is the first time i have been taken in. never hire from this mob.

We started our vacation in airport of Turin (Italy). It was very fast, convenient and cheap service in Sicily by Car. It's location just nearest of arrival area and parking zone is in 3 minutes of going. I think that there is the best price-quality offer.

“charged Without No Response To Queries”
I had pre-book the rental car for 2 cities (Pisa and Florence). In Pisa, The had windshield crack line and I reported to the person in charged when taking delivery. He said, since I have purchased a full coverage, they don’t need to note the damage upon taking the car. Some how, I had to prersude the guy to note down on the form reluctantly. Upon returning the car, it was a new guy and he said nothing was noted on the damaged in the computer system, and hence asked me to file a report. What a waste of time!!!
Then I went on to Florance and picked up another car. This time after the trip I was charged EUR 120.00 in my credit card, and it stated "car service". I wrote to the company a few times and they until now ,have not done anything to clarify or explain what was the charges all about.
