Taxi from Heathrow, unable to locate destination despite clear / full address & postcode. Extra 30 mins driving around lost. Claimed couldn’t find on google maps despite me finding it immediately. Driver then claimed had next pick-up to go to so pulled up on high street to leave passengers, who had no idea where they were. Threatened to keep luggage in boot unless paid (despite clearly not deserving the fare) - tantamount to taken/blackmail. Avoid this taxi company!

Always late. Let’s you wait at airport. Drivers not wearing masks. Today I was assured car would be on time - I waited over 45’ at very crowded Heathrow airport. I have used them when they were still Swisscabs then Iride now atlas. I will never use them again. Flat out lying to me the driver is there and driver was thirty mins away. Disgusting.

Cab arrived in less than ten minutes after I called. Driver was awesome funny guy,car was clean and felt very secure with them. What more do you need in a Cab service. Highly recommend atlas cars of London.

I am usually never late to parties and gatherings which is why I only use my own car. At that day my car (unusual) did not start. I called my friend to exclude me from her party list when she suggested Atlas Cars. I have had with minicab and their shoddy service. Thanks to atlas I have started believing there are still good minicab services out there in London.
