Don't Pay Them.
This company demanded £100 to be paid down for tickets and as soon as payment went through it became another story after story. It has been months and there is no refund.
They use a common registry pace to hid their address - Kemp House
They use false names and so on.
All over the internet from reviewcentre to trustpilot to onlinetradingstandards, people are complaining of losing £100's or pounds!
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
Report to your local police to have them on the national file.
Unreachable Customer Service
I want to book a flight and was given a quote but needed to pay £70 to secure bookings. I have been waiting for my final ticket to be issued...nothing! But £70 was already taken out of my account. Now i have been calling back to follow up my ticket but customer services are not answering their phone!!
