We used this travel company to transport ourselves and our guests to our September wedding in Kas, Turkey. We had very mixed views from our guests about the service. Many guests complaining of drivers falling asleep at the wheel during early morning transfers (this had been our first hand experience on the first leg of our journey). On the return journey for three of our guests, the driver fell asleep and crashed into the Middle of the road, this accident could have been much more serious.

As for the wedding day, generally organising things the staff were very unhelpful, promising things they could not deliver. My wedding transport did not turn up and after 50 minutes of waiting, I was told to make my own way as I had missed my pick up! When in reality the wedding car had been waiting at the wrong venue for all that time.

We supplied them with business for 70 people and our wedding and I felt they were only interested in the money, nothing more.

We visit kas quite regularly and will never use this company again, I was highly disappointed.

We arranged car hire for 10 days from Demre with a drop off at Bodrum Airport. As an afterthought we asked them to arrange a transfer from Bodrum Airport to Fethiye. This was done with minimum fuss and at a very reasonable rate considering the long distance. It was wonderful to have our driver waiting at the airport door. No waiting around to get going.

When we got to Demre harbour after our boat trip Andifli was there with a car which again was done with minimum fuss and paperwork.

The staff member I dealt with kept me informed by email throughout and responded immediately to questions such as the exact drop off point at the airport. At Bodrum Airport again there was an Andifli driver waiting to take the car from us. A quick check to see that all was in order and off we went to check-in.

I would highly recommend this company for its efficient and friendly service. They certainly do seem to go that extra mile for one. Well done Andifli.

Booked an airport taxi through these people, the car arrived with a mysterious passenger already sat with the front seat 70% reclined. After sitting for three hours crammed in the back listening to his loud conversation with the driver we arrived at Antalya and were expected to pay the full price of the transfer. The person at the office declined to offer a discount.
