Initial Invoice From Airline Network Much Higher (

Initial invoice from Airline Network much higher (about $150) than final invoice from rental company. Airline network will not make up for this price difference. Will never book through them again.

Booked A 7 Seater Car Over The Christmas Period, A

Booked a 7 seater car over the Christmas period, and booked pick up and drop off to coincide with the flights. On receiving he confirmation noted that pick up was 0900hrs. I called and advised this was incorrect and was told that it was standard and not a problem. You've guessed, no 7 seater car available when we got to the airport. Customer care have blamed me for not filling the correct details, I know I put the correct details in to the web they will not offered any compensation. Will NEVER book with them again!

Airline Network Doggedly Stuck To The Abta 28 Day

Airline network doggedly stuck to the ABTA 28 day rule for replying to complaints, and I am still waiting for a refund.

The call centre were in a hurry to get me off the phone, and they were no help at all.

I Booked A Car Online With Airline Network, And Ha

I booked a car online with Airline Network, and had no problems. The car voucher for Dollar USA arrived via E-mail within an hour, excellent service.

When I tried to extend the term of the car hire I ran into a bit of bother. Extensions cannot be done online, so contact with AN's sales office was required. Initially it seemed simple, a very nice man took my details, took my money, cancelled the original voucher, and promised me an email the next day with the new voucher. Of course it didn't arrive. Over the next few days I spoke to several very nice people, all promising an immediate resolution. It took a week in the end, so not too bad, just a little frustrating and a little disappointing.

I hired a car through Airline Network who secured a car for me with Dollar car hire at Boston airport. For £230 GBP we has a huge Mitsubishi 4x4 that had everything expect sat nav. Great Value.

I Ordered A Hire-car Online Through Airline Networ

I ordered a hire-car online through airline network about 3 weeks ago. The main reason that I went with them was I saw in the Terms and Conditions when I was booking the car that I could get the car delivered to my accommodation in Sydney. The order progressed ok and I received my invoice - only showing my payment to them, no car hire details - in the post. Then I realised that I hadn't actually received anything that had the details of the car hire on it, so I looked back in my email communication with them and realised I should have received a voucher. So I contacted them ... well, I attempted to contact them ... it would seem there are a multitude of phone numbers and I rang 4 before getting through to the correct person. The voucher would arrive on Saturday, they said. It didn't. So, emailing and telephone calls continued and eventually 3 weeks after placing the booking, 3 phonecalls and about 10 emails later, I received a fax of my voucher and a voucher in the post. Thankfully I had this much time to spare before I left the country, otherwise I'd have been up the creek without a hire car. Anyway, then I realised that on the voucher it didn't say anything about the car being delivered so I contacted them AGAIN and someone got back to me a day later. Quote "they (Budget) will not do the delivery due to it being a privately rented apartment". So, what a waste of time and effort and I have to go and collect the car anyway.

Absolute rubbish. I am highly aggrieved at my dealings with this company. Why didn't they find this out and tell me in the first place.

Don't book with them unless you want to spend hours on the phone and emailing to confirm everything. And I haven't even got to the bit where I get the car yet....
