AB Omega Travel are friendly and good public relations. Way to go. Good deal. The only place providing and getting apreciated when I did request a nonsmoker car. A+++

This was for a rental in Romania. I chose this company because an English friend had chosen them before and it worked OK for him. Sending passport and license information beforehand is a bit worrying but on the day they did turn up with the car, albeit a bit late due to heavy traffic. The traffic I knew about because I drove into it afterwards. I say, give them a try but make sure thay they have your mobile number as a contact and make sure you don't use the contact numbers on their invoice email to try to contact them if they are late because for me these didn't work.
