“They simply waisted our time”

This is the worst experience that I've had.  I've tried to book a car from Istanbul (car jet) They took the money from my bank account and didn't even confirm the reservation they took 91€ and didn't even answer our phone calls only after more than 25 minutes to pick up the phone call in which is international call which cost me more than € 20, more than 24 hours no answer no money no booking… Read Full Review

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We rented a car using CARJET (which has been unhelpful and absolutely useless to help us) and the guy at the desk at Malta airport, on top of being RUDE and CONDESCENDING didn’t even wanna try our card for the security deposit because we are French, and make no distinction between credit cards and debit cards. Very bad experience, do not use their services! Me and my husband closed a car in Greece and payed the money, they collected the money and after 5 minutes send us an e-mail that they not give services because we are Israelis. An unprofessional team. I have never had such a bad business in my entire life. They put me into an agreement, didn't provide me with the service and at the end of the didn't agree to refund my money. I can't imagine how come a business in 21st century cares less about their customer and more about few bucks. Do not use carjet!!! I cancelled a reservation online twice with carjet but i was never refunded the 287€. We couldn't fly because the trip was cancelled. You cannot phone carjet. No way to get hold of this company, I tried for 3 days to cancel a reservation. By day 3 I had decided to keep the reservation - I got absolutely no feedback, only generic links that take you to a page that shows your current booking - I had no idea what else to do and didn’t want to risk losing all my money as per the 48hr clause, but there is no phone number, email address, chat option or any other way to get hold of this company. “irresponsible company ”

This company promised me a refund but have never refunded me after 5 months. Someone responded to my negative review but failed to provide service. He tried to cover this company by sending me a bogus internal memo as a receipt of refund and then never communicated again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! “Misleading information on debit cards”

Terms and conditions said they accepted debit cards. They didn't and the rent ended up being 303 pounds more expensive than expected. Absolutely agree, took our money, provided incorrect information and then zero interest in helping to resolve issues with EasiRent.

You go round in circles attempting to contact them, click on contact and you get redirected to help on site, which is very poor indeed.

Boycott and use an alternative such as Holiday Autos who might be a tad more expensive, but great service and experience!

CarJet is highly unprofessional! On the site, it says "No Credit Card Fees, Free amendments and cancellations". I tried renting a car. ONLY AFTER accepting my payment by debit card, they inform me I have to leave a high deposit by credit card, which I can't do. Read the following and decide whether you want to risk using CarJet. I booked a car via CarJet to pick-up at Schiphol airport from GoldCar outside of the airport. Be smart and look for another car rental company Be smart and look for another car rental company. Carjet has deleted all contact details from their website since the Covid-19 crisis started. bsolute disgrace. Our flight was cancelled so we emailed at 7.26am, 6 hours before we were due to pick up. They did not bother to ring the car company to let them know we were going to be late so they didn’t hold the car. They emailed back at 4.30pm to say our original booking stood....we called the car company directly who told us car jet had not been in contact and if they had they would have saved the car. No not even the decency to reply to emails. Going to keep giving them truthful bad reviews which will hopefully stop other people being scammed and also cost them a lot more than if they had refunded my money. Good luck.

I booked a car in the UK via the CarJet website. I decided to pay for the extra insurance online to them as peace of mind when collecting the vehicle knowing all would be covered (well, that's what was written online) before collecting the vehicle.
