Your website did not make it clear that the fuel was pay at hire and bring back empty. Had I known this I would not have rented the car. The cost of fuel, amounted to €1.24 per litre. Adding the charge for filling it, meant that the cost went up to €1.84 per litre. The cost of a litre of diesel outside was €1.14. The actual online booking process was, and has previously been, fine. Having used the service a number of times, however, the actual car we received has been rather disappointing. The last two times there has been very noticeable damage, neither time fully recorded on the paperwork, causing us to have to phone and walk back to the office to have it amended, and some difficulty when dropping the car off. “They keep charges hidden so prices appear low - they latr”

Be careful. They advertise low prices to get noticed then add them on. I was told free delivery under 15k, this made them cheapest. Distance was 14.7km by google maps. I was first told the distance was greater, then when challenged was told that it was not for short rentals (I was definitely not told this). My wife and I booked a small 4 seater automatic car (we have driven only automatics for the past 20 years). Fast Car Hire booked us with Auto Europa, but at the airport (Ancona) Auto Europa said we don't have any small 4 door automatic cars - only a 2-seater Smart car. They checked with the other companies to see if they had one, but none did. “The hotline of Hertz is busy all the time”

Actually the price of fastcarhire is good, but the service of Hertz is bad! When I went to bangkok last week, I wanted to reconfirm the address of Hertz before I went and took the car. “Vehicle Maintenance Issues”

We collected our vehicle. a Ford Focus, and drove from Dubin to Dingle. The car seemed to be in reasonable condition but had done over 100,000 kilometres. “Poor California Car Hire Experience”

We rented a car for 6 days in Turkey and when we were at the Rental Company Office (Circular Car Company... at a petrol station in the middle of nowhere) they asked us to pay 100€ more for dropping the car in a different location (what they already knew and specified in the booking with Fast Car Hire). “Incorrect dates so no car ”

Booked car hire and was sent email confirming booking with the correct date. When arrived at airport no car to collect as it had been booked for the previous day. Not a user-friendly website. Wrong rental cost provided during the booking. Used a week to communicate with FastCarHire.com customer care center & finally received a correct rental cost. The only advantage of this company is price is acceptable & reasonable. If you can find similar rental cost in other car hire company, I will advise you to rent the car with other company to save your time. Easy booking process and apparent good value for money. However, change of requirement to smaller vehicle (one person couldn't make it) and request for prepaid satnav proved a problem. I rented a Toyato Vios but I got a Toyoto Avanza. I thought (when picked up the Car) that it's very okay. I got a safe car with all of good functional. In fact, it's not so because I found your tires were already worn-out from driving. In addition, these tires are also out of Thai Law.

I had booked and prepaid on-line and expected that all charges had been taken care of. I arrived to be told I was expected to pay $1000 in insurance by the hire company. I told them this was included and they showed me the invoice which showed that it wasn't. I worked under the assumption that insurance was taken care off by fastcarhire as the amount on the invoice was way below what I had paid. This was confusing and not explained when I prepaid.

It had pressed steel wheels and not alloys but the wheels didn't have plastic trims so the impression was that the car had had it wheels stolen and the steel ones were the only ones available.
