Rented vehicle in BKK through Chic Car Rental. Service through FastCarHire has always been good. This is not first time I have used them and second time I have booked with Chic. The cars I have had from Chic are older and higher mileage than the mainstream companies but that said neither gave any problems. There were scratches and marks on the vehicles but these were noted and pointed out at pick up and no issues when returning them. As a result Chic's prices are lower than other companies based at BKK Airport.

Delivery In Chiang Mai
I recently arranged to hire a car at Chiang Rai Airport but due to circumstances l had to change dates. The change was done quickly and without charge. I then had to cancel altogether and again no charge incurred.
Finally l rented a vehicle in Chiang Mai which l had delivered to a remote place some 15 kilometers from the centre of Chiang Mai and was concerned the rental company could find the location. They in fact did find where l was staying and were 10 minutes early. Paperwork was completed efficiently and the car was very clean and in excellent condition. On return the car was picked up on time and the paperwork completed quickly.
I was well satisfied with the service l received and will use the services of FASTCarhire again in the future

Have used FastCarhirefor many years in Florida. Had to cancel one hire for March. Cancelled in January - despite promises no refund and now no contact since May. No way to contact them if things go wrong and may not be able to get Credit Card to chargeback because of the delay! I trusted them because of previous good experience.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with FastCarhire? The address on sit is just a Letter Box - the telephone number for after order problems is CarTrawler. The firm is not Registered as a company - no company details. They will not respond to emails or their webmails. They owe me a refund for a cancelled car hire in January but no contact since May. Has anybody any advice. Thanks
I have used the portal I booked with - no response since May 3rd. I have also contacted the email address again initially I got replies telling me my refund was on the way but no further contact since April. I have used this firm for many years and got a refund a couple of years ago so cannot understand why the present problem. I am concerned that they are non.contactable.
When booking online did anyone have to produce a picture of there credit card?
No picture of credit card is required. You pay with 16-digit credit card no. + CVV.
