We have used uscarhire at least 7 times and will continue to use them as long as they keep up they're high standards we've grown to expect !!!

No contact number on website. Appears to be a one man band operation disguised as a larger company. I paid extra for Sat Nav option, received no Sat Nav up until 3 days before I was to go away emailed and was assured it would be received on time (I should have got suspicious when the email was littered with broken English). Satnav didn't arrive, could only correspond via email which eventually got ignored but at first claimed they had contacted me to but got no reply so assumed I had left already. When I demonstrated via emails this was not the case I was offered a refund but refused compensation for the amount I had to pay for a satnav once in US. To this date no refund or further communication has been received. Avoid like the Plague, Chris.

The actual rental is through US firms Alamo, Dollar, Thrifty and Budget so to some extend you're reliant on these firms for the quality of car. We hired three people carriers through Dollar from LAX and went for the Gold option including fuel. They were in very reasonable condition for the price we paid which was the cheapest I could find anywhere.
The website gives you options as to what type of service you require so it's worth reading all of it.
We hired satnav units too. These are posted to you before you leave and you need to post them back within two days of return (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). I don't think we'd have coped without these!
The people I had contact with were really helpful and I'd definitely use them again.

These guys are fantastic! Excellent customer service and prices which are great. Booked last september for a week in Orlando, no problems at all, everything included as stated. £25 deposit taken on purchase, and the remainder 8 weeks in advance. Have just re booked for this year, asked a question via email and got a response in 30 minutes - brilliant. Would definitely recommend over any other car hire agent.

First time booking car hire in this way and would be very confident to use them again. Email voucher was comprehensive in detail and we had absolutely no problems anywhere, straight forward pick up from one airport with drop off at another airport as booked on the website and all worked out perfectly. Also very pleasant people to deal with - had instant clear email response to any query.

I found US Care Hire by accident. They are an English company who give great value for money. You still get your vehicles from Budget or Dollar, but this company is the go between the price. What you see is what you will pay, no extra's. You can have either the Silver or Gold insurance. I always go for gold. Another good thing is you pay a small deposit and I mean small. You can also change your dates and cars at no extra cost, unlike some other companies and you can also hire a Sat Nav, which I received in the UK before I went and return it when you get back.
