Sky cabs, have disappointed me once again, such a silly company, lied to about what time the driver was coming and took me to my training late and it took him a whole 2 hours to get there after being told this morning it would only take an hour, the company is a shamble, their drivers are rude and so is there telephone staff!

This company should be banned. Not once twice but more than several occasions does this company lie to its customers, always gives wrong time, sometimes they do not turn up at all. If they tell you ten minutes you wait an hip ur. They lie to you you have to call them several times. The driver called me a f ing b down the phone because I called to find out where he was. The company makes your blood boil it's irritating how they can be standing. The prices maybe cheap but the service is cheap so it ain't a deal a deals only a deal if you do not have to sacrifice customer services for your end result. DO NOT USE THEM IM WARNING YOU NOW FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

I dont understand how do they employ their staff..not only the telephonist sitting there are useless but they are racist, mannerless, characterless and most important they do not have any knowledge about the industry they are wrking..spoke to 4 staff about booking a simple local job but the 1st hangs up on face, 2nd says something n does something, 3rd was better n helpful but the 4th was racist and speaks anything he likes even after giving right postalcode couldnt find the address when informed if you google you will find the right address he says his system doesnt use google and if he wish he will not send the car.. i dont think they need manager or any senior coz they are the bosses themselves.. It is better to save ones pride then to save money... they think they cheap so can say anything to anyone...

Just tried to book a cab. They could not find the address as stated. Rather than trying to help find the address they just hung up.

I called again twice. They hang up with no explanation both times.

I have never had customer service like this. I genuinely hope that this company closes as this is not a fair representation of the London cab service.

This morning, made me 45 minutes for work after booking it with plenty of time.. i called the office twice and after being told BOTH times that the car was 2 minutes away decided to walk to work! nearly three hours later and i still havent even been phoned to say the car was outside! TERRIBLE.. so unproffesional. DEFINATELY will not be using them again. spread the word that they are awful and hopefully they will eventually go out of business! THEY DESERVE IT

Never ever book them. Their service is too bad and they always lie. They will tell you that your car is 5 minutes away by then you might have to wait for more than 30 min and they will never let you know. Few drivers are rude as well and so are the office staff.

They will treat u like shiit and black list you for no reason. The girl receptionist are horrible and bitchy all the time. I would avoid this cab station as they are very rude and spiteful. It's worth spending your money at a more expensive cab station. These people will talk down to you and treat u like Shiite!! Never in my life have I seen such revolting!!! Customer service. They are very unprofessional. It's truly appalling! Everyone I know have problems with sky. They're based in Hayes. Do not use!!

i have worked for a cab company before and i have never come across such an disgraceful service i have witnessed tonight. i have waited over an hour and a half and still its 15 minutes away... OH WAIT IVE BEEN TOLD THIS 10 TIMES. its a joke of a service and SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOUR PAYING, it may be cheap but there you go..... its what you pay for, a load of BS.

Crapest customer service ever! Very very rude, always late, can make u wait up to an hour while saying 5 mins away. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! Do not use this company if you care about how you are treated. You will only tell how terrible they are when u face a problem or when they are too late and ur calling to check! Never gonna use them again
