M&S claimed that I could pick up my euros 'today' I paid the £ and drove the 20 miles to the shop in Cardiff. Shop shut. Travelled home, drove back the next day to get the cash. I am currently working in another country and so I transferred $50k into my new overseas account. They withdrew the money from my US account and then kept it. refused to transfer it either to me in the new country or back to my US account. They have just taken it!
