They say they do soft credit check but that’s rubbish even their soft credit check with bring your score down!! Watch out  specially when you dealing with money!! Worst company . Managers and they there VP are sailing in same boat of unworthiness and they think they can do whatever they want to do.

Very poor Customer Service. * No intimations to Customers whatsoever. * About the status of your transfer with no notice via email/ sms. * Your transfer might take forever for the beneficiary to receive the amount and to talk to customer service staff you have to call and hold for 30-30 minutes

Customer services are kind of headless chickens, don't know what to do. One of my transactions was GBP 3000 was cancelled around 4 weeks ago but I am still waiting for them to refund into my account. Whenever contact customer services they say it will be done today but today so far never happened. NEVER EVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN.

They have deducted twice to my account. It was terrible time to get back your hard earned money. I have called more than 10 times but never get proper service from their customer service team.
