We have used U Drive now in Idaho USA twice and in Queenstown NZ - on all occassions the contractor has been helpful and the vehicles hired have been the type we requested - real value for money ! - from our experience U Drive works with for professionalRental Car agencies - For our long terms hires ( 4 weeks) the deal has been great and it helped us keep our holiday in budget. We will be using U Drive again !

We rented the car in Paris through Udrive. The trip was fabulous! :) The car worked out great and pretty good deal. The pick up was easy with Europcar rent a car. I read bad reviews of Europcar and I was hesitant as my rental ended up with them. The rental was just fine. I guess more people who had bad experiences write reviews... Anyhow, the car was provided with a full tank of fuel. We only used one tank of fuel so we didn't spend a cent more than the fuel and rental rate advertised on the web site. Special thanks to Michael for changing the pick up time when our flight was delayed.

We are a couple from Australia and had a fantastic holiday to New Zealand. As we were on budget we were looking for the cheapest deal possible to drive around the North Island. We found UDrive through Google and a simple search found us the cheapest deal for car rental in New Zealand. Well, we usually use Rent A Bomb in Australia and only thing we wanted was a simple but reliable car. Didn't really worry about the model or make of the car. I noticed the cheap option (2005 model) in their system, which was a good value. The car turned out to be a 2009 model Toyota, better than we expected. I recently visited Istanbul for a work conference and rented a car through UDrive. I really wanted to book with an Australian web company as I heard horror stories about car rental companies overseas. From the first moment I contacted UDrive, they were very prompt with clear answers to my questions. I went ahead and booked online with them. The rental ended up being from Europcar. I picked up the car at the airport with no hickups. Euopcar guy at the airport mentioned that I received one of the cheapest rates that Europcar provide, I think UDrive gets wholesale rates from these suppliers. They must be putting through many bookings with them. Anyway, driving in Istanbul is madness but the car rental experience was excellent. I will use Udrive again.

We booked a vehicle through UDrive about 3 weeks ago to pick up at Maroochedore airport. We didn't need to put any deposit down and we just paid for the rental on arrival. This was very convenient for us as we had a slight chance that our travel plans would have changed. We also booked a baby seat with the car rental. The baby seat was installed and ready to go at pick up (we didn't have to wait for Europcar to install the seat while we were there). We booked a Full Size vehicle, which ended up being a flash looking Commodore with GPS and a spoiler. I know that a lot of companies charge for the GPS extra so this was an added bonus. We took up the extra insurance option (I think it was 23$ per day), in which case the deposit we had to put for the car was only a 100 dollars. From beginning to end this rental was a satisfaction. I am writing this review as I received an email from UDrive, kindly asking me for a feedback. I will use your service again UDrive. Thank you.

I booked a car online with this car rental agency at LAX airport. The rental ended up being from Dollar rent a car. When I arrived at the airport I needed to take a shuttle bus to the car rental depot. I heard that this is the case with every car rental agency at the Los Angeles airport. I had a part paid rental from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. The rental process only took a few minutes and I was given instructions to how to find my car at the parking lot. Be aware though, you need a credit card deposit to rent a car. (I think this is an industry standard). Well, the car was in a good shape (Chevy Aveo) and I drove on the Route 66 to get to Las Vegas. Drop off only took a few minutes. I am quite happy with UDrive and the rate was also the best I came through.
