I took my time choosing a rental company. But turned out Top Rent a Car was an epic failure.
I had a confirmed booking. But when I arrivedĀ airport late at night with kids the guy at the counter said SORRY WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR AND CAN'T HELP YOU IN ANY WAY! Apparently they had a mix-up. But the biggest rental company in Bulgaria didn't offer me any solution to the situation. Apparently they don't have one spare car and they don't cooperate with other companies to keep a guest happy in a disaster like this.
The worst customer service experience in my life for sure!
