We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that the cleaning fee was applied due to visible traces inside the vehicle’s interior, not on the exterior. We always inform our customers that the car should be returned in the same clean condition as received, which unfortunately was not the case.
Regarding the early return, please note that our representative was present at the location, but the vehicle was left before the inspection could be completed. This is why the out-of-hours return fee was applied.

As clearly stated in your reservation voucher, a valid credit card is mandatory for the standard deposit procedure. In this case, our payment system (POS terminal) did not recognize your card as a credit one, which made it impossible to proceed with the rental under the regular deposit conditions.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have carefully checked our system but were unable to locate a reservation under your name. In order to investigate your case in detail, we kindly ask you to contact us and provide more information about your booking (reservation number, name, rental dates).
Please allow us to clarify our procedure: at the start of every rental, our team explains to each customer that the only requirement is to return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received. All existing damages are carefully documented with photos, which are then sent to the customer by email as part of the handover protocol. In addition, stickers are placed on every pre-existing damage on the car. This way, the customer can personally verify the condition of the vehicle at pick-up and be certain that no issues are overlooked.
Regarding the option to leave reviews on Google – this option is valid for all our locations. We kindly ask you to let us know at which location you encountered difficulties, as we can see active reviews being posted across all our offices on Google.
