Always great service, from airport pick up to drop off; clean and reliable le vehicles. The small print GT on the back of the Peugeot was very pleasant surprise.

Just not a fan of the new (optional) cleaning fee of 18€ at rental time or potentially 36€ at return time if they deem the car too dirty (when not selecting any insurance).
But as we made sure the car was in the same condition we got it, we didn't have any extra cleaning cost.

After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that the cleaning fee was applied due to visible traces inside the vehicle’s interior, not on the exterior. We always inform our customers that the car should be returned in the same clean condition as received, which unfortunately was not the case.
Regarding the early return, please note that our representative was present at the location, but the vehicle was left before the inspection could be completed. This is why the out-of-hours return fee was applied.

As clearly stated in your reservation voucher, a valid credit card is mandatory for the standard deposit procedure. In this case, our payment system (POS terminal) did not recognize your card as a credit one, which made it impossible to proceed with the rental under the regular deposit conditions.
