“Excellent service, with one small exception”

It was very easy to book and get the car. For the three additional drivers we booked, I scanned and sent all the information in advance as requested.

However, I was not informed that all drivers need to be present at the time we pick up the car, and I found that out at the reception desk. So it was quite inconvenient going back to the other side of the city to get all the drivers so they can sign the documents necessary. There is room for improvement here.

Other than that, the car was excellent and would use the services again.

We are glad to know that you were fascinated by your rental with our car. Regarding the situation with the addition of an additional driver that you had, we fully understand how unpleasant and inconvenient it was for you. Unfortunately, at this stage the presence of the additional driver physically on the spot, together with his personal documents, cannot be revoked, as its certification in full compliance with our official rental conditions is inevitable. However, we will need this change at the earliest opportunity, as we insist on quality, correct and trouble-free service to our customers!
