Not so great. I returned my car one day early(because travel plans changed). They were not willing to refund the one day rental, which I didn't let disturb me too much. However, when I went to a petrol station to put the correct amount of fuel in the car to return it, I told the station attendant to put $15 in it as I went inside to use the toilet. When I came out I almost passed out to find he had put $87 in petrol in the car. When I queried him about this he said he had heard me say FILL IT, and not FIFETEEN! When I returned the car, I spoke with the Shalni, from Scottie's rentals, who would be dropping me at the airport. I explained to her the mistake and she clearly understood my dilemna, as I am in pretty dire straights financially and could ill-afford to give Scottie's a free 1/2 tank of petrol. She promised to do what she could, but suggested I call the main office first thing on Monday morning. Which I've just done, where I spoke to a man. Although, I explained it very carefully, letting him know that I knew it was a "mistake" and not really there problem, but because of my extreme financial situation I begged him to issue me a credit for the $45 in petrol I had put into their car. He refused. So even though this company will "sell off" my gasoline(because the very next renter who returns their car with the petrol level NOT WHERE IT SHOULD BE, will be charged a premium for Scottie's to add petrol) to the next renter they cannot be bothered with refunding me these monies I so desperately need!! Pretty crappy way of conducting business if you ask me........taking advantage not only of my returning the car a full day early, but more than a half tank of additional petrol!!
