Booked a car with my computer and VPN via a server in Tokyo. The system assumed I want to pay in Yen, so I change to my currency and book the car. Next time I login I got Japaneese currency again, contact support, they tell me that my car booking and insurance was not valid even if they already charged 3200 €.
Tried to cancel the booking and contact support, no answer and no option to cancel. They answer email contact before three days and do not call back as I reqested.
Tried several times to call but only answering machine. When I cancelled the booking via a change, I get notice that I get my money back after 3 to 7 days.
They should hire some responsible fo helpdesk.
