I found it easy to find the car and company I wanted at a decent price, and they made it relatively easy to make changes to my booking, also emailing me to confirm that I might need a credit card with the provider (in the end I contacted Wiber to check they would take a debit card payment and they do but prefer to have a credit card).
It wasn't immediately clear when I changed my booking if the excess protection would be carried over to the new car - in dact I'm still not clear if this was the case but I didn't damage it in the end so it wasn't an issue.
