I booked Goldcar hire in November 2019, only to find they took the payment twice from my account, on the same day.
Despite numerous attempts, they have point blank refused to refund my extra payment. They claim they refunded it, but have not and refused to provide "evidence" that they had.
My bank have confirmed that no re-payment has been made.
So frustrating and infuriating.
