Hired a car at Malaga airport. I have 3rd party insurance so didnt want Goldcar's insurance. I wasnt given an option, the woman behind the desk just charged my card. Only when I realised what she was doing did I ask for a refund. Which she did. She then didnt give me any paperwork, I thought I would get an email. Nothing of course, so nothing to hand back when I returned the car. So got charged.
Car return was also awful huge queue and they couldnt cope. Will never ever use Goldcar again.
Car itself also didnt match the class I had paid for, was meant to be citroen ds3 or similar, I got a peugeot 108.

Debiting your card for unwanted insurance is a favourite way that Goldcar take money from their customers.
Then they just refuse to acknowledge you or your complaint or engage with you in any way.
We have to do something this stop this shameless company.
