Bad experience. Wish I had read the reviews first. We have annual car hire insurance so didn’t want any additional insurance. However our card kept being “declined” so after queuing several times over a couple of hours and conversations with the bank to try and get the problem sorted we eventually agreed to take the extra insurance. On return from holiday we asked the bank to investigate the failed transactions and they put in writing that the problem was with the way the card was processed by the merchant. Have written multiple emails with no resolution. Meanwhile staff member telling us he was an excellent salesman and was on commission! The Spanish government and consumer organisations really need to sort this out as colours your experience of Holidaying in Spain.
