“Never again”

Hired a car with fuel policy full to full. We returned the car completely full to the throat but Goldcar did not refund all our money as they said there was a premium fee/surcharge for Tenerife in other words they only refunded us some of the money we had paid upfront in case we didn't return the car full of fuel so please note that it is not a full refund after all. Would never deal with them again as this was the 2nd time we hired a car from them and the first time we had another problem but gave them another chance. The first time we had paid another insurance policy which would cover us in the event of any damage etc to the car and they wouldn't accept it so we had to take out their insurance instead. We have been stung twice but they won't get a 3rd chance.
